Performing First Lien Bank Loans means First Lien Bank Loans which are Performing.
Performing First Lien Bank Loans means funded First Lien Bank Loans that (a) are not PIK Obligations, DIP Loans, Covenant-Lite Loans, Second Lien Bank Loans or Last Out Loans and (b) are Performing.
