For the avoidance of doubt, neither the purchase of a Permitted Bond Hedge Transaction by the Borrower Representative nor the performance by the Borrower Representative of its obligations under any Permitted Bond Hedge Transaction shall be prohibited by this Section 7.5.
In no event shall any Hedge Transaction contain any requirement, agreement or covenant for a Loan Party to post collateral or margin to secure their obligations under such Hedge Transaction or to cover market exposures except to the extent provided pursuant to the Loan Documents.
