Assistant Director means the Asstt. Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
Registered in the System for Award Management (SAM means that–
Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.
Professional Technologist means a person holding registration as Professional Engineering Technologist in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000.

Hearings Officer means a person from time to time appointed by Council pursuant to the Hearings Officer By-law;
Records officer means the individual appointed by the chief administrative officer of each governmental entity, or the political subdivision to work with state archives in the care, maintenance, scheduling, designation, classification, disposal, and preservation of records.
Non-Employee Directors means that term as defined in Rule 16b-3 under the 1934 Act.
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.

Assistant Finance Director means the Assistant Finance Director or designee.
Non-Management Director means any Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who is not a Management Director.
Member Director means a Director elected or appointed pursuant to section 8(2)(a) of the Act and Section 5.02;
Grant Manager means CalRecycle staff person responsible for monitoring the grant.
Eligible Recipients means all Employees, all Non-Employee Directors and all Consultants.

Company Director means a member of the Board.
