Guernsey Effective Date definition

Guernsey Effective Date means the time and date on which the Guernsey Scheme becomes operative in accordance with its terms;
Guernsey Effective Date means the date when the Guernsey Scheme becomes effective in accordance with its terms;
Guernsey Effective Date means the time and date on which the Guernsey Scheme will become effective in accordance with its terms in relation to the Guernsey Policies;
