Guaranty and Security Principles definition

Guaranty and Security Principles means the Guaranty and Security Principles set forth on Schedule 1.13.

More Definitions of Guaranty and Security Principles

Guaranty and Security Principles shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Collateral Trust Agreement.
