Ground Disturbing Activity definition

Ground Disturbing Activity means any earth moving Project-related activity. The act of installing and/or replacing a sign, placing of boulders or other materials (other than fencing) to delineate a Facility, maintenance or replacement of existing fence lines that do not require disturbance beyond replacement of fence posts and wire or existing component, or sweeping sand/dirt from a paved road are not considered a “Ground Disturbing Activity”.
Ground Disturbing Activity means any earth moving Project-related activity.
Ground Disturbing Activity means any activity that exposes soil.

Examples of Ground Disturbing Activity in a sentence

  • If the Project involves a Ground Disturbing Activity, the Applicant agrees to monitor the condition of soils and wildlife in the Project Area each year in order to determine whether the soil conservation standard adopted pursuant to Public Resource Code (PRC), Section 5090.35 and the HMP prepared pursuant to Section 5090.53(a) are being met.

  • If the Project involves a Ground Disturbing Activity, the Applicant agrees that, whenever the HMP prepared pursuant to PRC Section 5090.53(a) is not being met in any portion of a Project Area, the recipient shall close temporarily that noncompliant portion until the same HMP prepared pursuant to PRC Section 5090.53(a) is met.

  • If the Project involves a Ground Disturbing Activity, the Applicant agrees that, whenever the soil conservation standard adopted pursuant to PRC Section 5090.35 is not being met in any portion of a Project Area, the recipient shall close temporarily that noncompliant portion, to repair and prevent accelerated erosion, until the same soil conservation standard adopted pursuant to PRC Section 5090.35 is met.

  • In order to qualify for consideration of its Application, all Applicants submitting proposed Project(s) involving Ground Disturbing Activity shall submit a Soil Conservation Plan that achieves the Soil Conservation Standard with regard to the proposed Project(s).

  • All applications for a GDP must specify the boundary extent of the area that is to be subject to the Ground Disturbing Activity, the nature of the activities that are to be undertaken in that area, and the proposed date on which the activities are to commence.

  • Be sure to list gross income (pre-tax income) for wages, Social Security and Medicare.

  • If the DC SHPO objects to AFRH’s determination of no potential adverse effect of the proposed Ground- Disturbing Activity on National Register-eligible or -listed archeological resources, then the matter will be resolved in accordance with the Section 106 review process.

Ground Disturbing Activity means an activity that exposes, works or redistributes soil, including but not limited to excavating, filling, stockpiling, grading, grubbing, or clearing.

Related to Ground Disturbing Activity

  • Land disturbing activity means any activity on property that results in a change in the existing soil cover (both vegetative and non-vegetative) and/or the existing soil topography. Land-disturbing activities include, but are not limited to, development, re-development, demolition, construction, reconstruction, clearing, grading, filling, and excavation.

  • Specified Event of Default means an Event of Default under Section 7.01(a), (b), (h) or (i).

  • Specified Matter means any Amendment of a Portfolio Investment that (a) reduces the principal amount of such Portfolio Investment, (b) reduces the rate of interest payable on such Portfolio Investment, (c) postpones the due date of any scheduled payment or distribution in respect of such Portfolio Investment, (d) alters the pro rata allocation or sharing of payments or distributions required by any related underlying instrument in a manner adverse to the Company, (e) releases any material guarantor of such Portfolio Investment from its obligations, (f) terminates or releases any lien on a material portion on the collateral securing such Portfolio Investment, (g) changes any of the provisions of any such underlying instrument specifying the number or percentage of lenders required to effect any of the foregoing or (h) materially changes any financial maintenance covenant.
