Abnormal Condition definition

Abnormal Condition means any condition on the Interconnection Facilities which, determined in accordance with Good Utility Practice, is: (i) outside normal operating parameters such that facilities are operating outside their normal ratings or that reasonable operating limits have been exceeded; and (ii) could reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the safe and reliable operation of the Interconnection Facilities; but which, in any case, could reasonably be expected to result in an Emergency Condition. Any condition or situation that results from lack of sufficient generating capacity to meet load requirements or that results solely from economic conditions shall not, standing alone, constitute an Abnormal Condition.
Abnormal Condition means any condition on the Transmission System, the MHVDC Transmission Line, or the transmission systems of other utilities, which is outside normal operating parameters such that facilities are operating outside their normal ratings or reasonable operating limits have been exceeded but which has not resulted in an Emergency. An Abnormal Condition may include, but is not limited to, high or low deviations in voltage, frequency, power flow, equipment temperature, equipment pressures, and other equipment and operating parameters.

  • Any condition or situation that results from lack of sufficient generating capacity to meet load requirements or that results solely from economic conditions shall not, standing alone, constitute an Abnormal Condition.

  • To the extent any Party is aware of any Abnormal Condition, such Party, subject to the satisfaction of and compliance with Regulatory Requirements, will make Reasonable Efforts to promptly notify the other Parties of such Abnormal Condition if it may reasonably be expected to affect a Party’s operation of its transmission system.

Abnormal Condition means any condition on the East River Transmission System or on the NSPM Transmission System, or the transmission systems of other utilities, which is outside normal operating parameters such that facilities are operating outside their normal ratings or reasonable operating limits have been exceeded but which has not resulted in an Emergency. An Abnormal Condition may include, but is not limited to, high or low deviations in voltage, frequency, power flow, equipment temperature, equipment pressures, and other equipment and operating parameters.
Abnormal Condition means that the normal physical and/or chemical structure of the fish flesh has been sufficiently altered so that the usability and/or desirability of the fillet is adversely affected. It includes, but is not limited to, the following examples:

Abnormal Condition means any condition established at conception or acquired in utero which results in a morphologic (structural), metabolic (biochemical), functional or behavioral derangement necessitating medical or other intervention.
