Any condition or situation that results from lack of sufficient generating capacity to meet load requirements or that results solely from economic conditions shall not, standing alone, constitute an Abnormal Condition.
To the extent any Party is aware of any Abnormal Condition, such Party, subject to the satisfaction of and compliance with Regulatory Requirements, will make Reasonable Efforts to promptly notify the other Parties of such Abnormal Condition if it may reasonably be expected to affect a Party’s operation of its transmission system.
