If required by a Federal Awarding Agency, CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with the Xxxxxxxx “Anti-Kickback” Act (40 U.S.C. 3145), as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 3, “Contractors and Subcontractors on Public Building or Public Work Financed in Whole or in Part by Loans or Grants from the United States”).
The Recipient will not transfer, pledge, mortgage, or otherwise assign the award, or any interest to the award, or any claim arising under the award, to any party, banks, trust companies, or other financing or financial institutions without the written approval of the Grants Officer.
Generally, the Recipient organization shall investigate the allegation and submit its findings to the Grants Officer.
If the Recipient must submit the SF-LLL, including those received from sub-recipients, contractors, and subcontractors, to the Grants Officer.
The NRC requires that any allegation be submitted to the Grants Officer, who will also notify the OIG of such allegation.
