Granting Agreement definition

Granting Agreement means the Granting Agreement entered into by and between a Zenvia Group Company and the Participant, setting forth the inclusion of the Participant in LTIP 5 and, when applicable, the specific terms and conditions of the rights provided by this LTIP 5 to that Participant.
