Government wide commercial purchase card means a uniquely numbered credit card issued by a contractor under GSA’s Government wide Contract for Fleet, Travel, and Purchase Card Services to named individual Government employees or entities to pay for official Government purchases.

Government wide commercial purchase card means a purchase card, similar in nature to a commercial credit card, issued to authorized agency personnel to use to acquire and to pay for supplies and services. According to NASA procurement policy, Agency purchase cards shall be used for micro-purchase threshold transactions, and for other eligible purchases, to the maximum extent practicable (NFS 1813.301).
