CUTS shall cooperate with Ceres, to the extent it is able to do so within the law and established policy of CUTS, by providing documentation and testimony to assist Ceres in obtaining such approval or registration. Any expenses incurred by CUTS in cooperating with Ceres in obtaining approval or registration of this Agreement in any country will be reimbursed within thirty (30) days after receiving an itemized invoice for such expenses from CUTS.
