GOVERNMENT APPROVAL OR REGISTRATION. 26.1. If the law of any nation requires that any governmental agency either approve or register this Agreement or any associated transaction, Licensee shall assume all legal obligation to do so. Licensee shall notify Berkeley Lab if it becomes aware that this Agreement is subject to a U.S. or foreign government reporting or approval requirement. Licensee shall make all necessary filings and pay all costs, including fees, penalties, and all other costs associated with such reporting or approval process.
