Government Reporting. 1. Process year-end tax reports for Participants - 1099R, as well as financial reporting to assist in the preparation of Form 5500.
Government Reporting. 1) Provide federal and state tax reporting and withholding on benefit payments made to Participants and beneficiaries in accordance with this Agreement.
Government Reporting. Prior to the Distribution Date or within such other time period described by applicable law or regulation, Alltel shall notify or report to the appropriate government agency regarding the transactions contemplated by, or the actions taken pursuant to this Agreement to the extent such notification or report is required by ERISA, the Code or other applicable law, and shall provide all information required by such government agency.
Government Reporting. 15.1 Client may access data as needed through Cardinal Health’s reporting system. Various reports are available for client use to complete government reporting calculations.
Government Reporting. WaterGuards will collect required forms from employees (e.g. W-4) and provide required reports to the government (e.g. W-2).
Government Reporting. Supplier shall provide Lannett with any applicable information to support Lannett’s government reporting obligations.
Government Reporting. 14.1 Cardinal Health personnel will provide the following Government reports to Client within 5-8 business days following the close of a business quarter. Cardinal Health will measure and report this attribute periodically according to Section 21 to the Operating Guidelines.
Government Reporting. 13.1 CORD personnel will provide the following Government reports to Client by the fifth business day following the close of a business quarter.
Government Reporting. It is understood that it is the responsibility of Company and Contractor to comply with applicable laws, regulations, rules, court or government agency order or stock exchange regulation or rule regarding the making of reports and disclosures to appropriate governmental agencies of Data and information relating to the Work and Contractor shall promptly refer to Company for appropriate action, including the seeking, at its sole cost, such protective action as it deems appropriate, any inquiry or request received by it from any governmental agency respecting Data and information obtained under the terms thereof, and if Company shall instruct Contractor not to comply with any such inquiry or request, Company shall defend and indemnify Contractor against any loss, damage, fine or penalty or other sanction received, incurred or suffered by Contractor in consequence of complying with such instruction. F) COMMUNICATION SERVICES 1. Prepare a customized communications program as outlined in Xxxx Xxxxxx'x letter dated May 4, 1995, as well as offer the STAGES product line to Ford participants beginning in the fourth quarter of 1995. 2. Fidelity will maintain and monitor a reasonable inventory of plan literature, and mail appropriate literature based upon status code changes or instructions entered by Fidelity Phone Representatives the Workstation or initiated by participants via the Fidelity Voice response System (VRS). Plan literature includes enrollment kits, termination kits, phone brochures, prospectuses for Fidelity and Non-Fidelity mutual funds, SPD's and beneficiary designation forms. G) DISCRIMINATION TESTING Perform up to four (4) discrimination tests per year for Ford. Additional test(s) may be requested at additional fees(s). To obtain this service, Ford Motor Company will be required to provide the information identified in the Fidelity Discrimination Testing Package Guidelines. The above mentioned services will be phased in during a transition period to Fidelity. Comerica Bank, as the terminating trustee and recordkeeper will perform their last valuation of SSIP, TESPHE, and BEP for the period ending 9/30/95. The transition period is scheduled to begin on October 1, 1995 with a projected completion date of November 1, 1995. This projection is based upon several critical path items, one of which is the receipt of the final valuations from Comerica Bank on October 6, 1995. Ford and Fidelity have agreed that there will be a suspension of recordkeeping services during the transition period except for contributions, loan repayments for SSIP, and enrollments. It is the goal of both parties that the transition period be as short as possible.
