Goods and Work definition

Goods and Work means the entire dollar value of the Work including Labour. For further clarification "Inuit Goods and Work" includes all labour of Inuit Firms attributable to and paid from the Contract.

Examples of Goods and Work in a sentence

  • The principle feature of the Goods and Work are described in the Goods or Services Information, but the Goods or Services Information does not purport to indicate every detail of construction, fabrication or arrangements of Goods and Works necessary to meet the requirements.

  • Any and all Goods and Work Products (as applicable) shall be properly packaged and conform to the descriptions, quantity, price and specifications (if any) set out herein.

  • The Client shall ensure that all personnel involved in the Goods and Work avoid contact with exposed skin areas and that a dust mask and goggles are worn as protection from dust when drilling, sawing or cutting.

  • The Client must pay for the Goods and Work in cash prior to the delivery or pick up of the Goods unless the Company agrees otherwise in writing.

  • GOODS / MATERIALS means any of the articles, materials, machinery, equipments, supplies, drawing, data and other property and all services including but not limited to design, delivery, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning specified or required to complete the order.

  • Production equipment (1 7 9) means tooling, templates, jigs, mandrels, moulds, dies, fixtures, alignment mechanisms, test equipment, other machinery and components therefor, limited to those specially designed or modified for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".
