Global Crossing Parent Entity definition

Global Crossing Parent Entity means, with respect to any Global Crossing Successor Entity, any Foreign Subsidiary of Level 3 that (a) is a direct Subsidiary of Xxxxx 0, the Borrower or a Designated Grantor Subsidiary and (b) holds, directly or indirectly, Equity Interests in such Global Crossing Successor Entity.
