After all Disputed General Unsecured Claims have been either Allowed or Disallowed, each holder of an Allowed General Unsecured Claim shall receive its Pro Rata Share of any Cash remaining in the Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve.
Once the Disputed General Unsecured Claims have been resolved, the Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve shall be dissolved.
Distributions from the General Unsecured Claims Reserve will be available for General Unsecured Claims that are not Allowed Claims as of the Effective Date but become Allowed Claims thereafter.
