Distribution Percentage definition

Distribution Percentage means a percentage determined for each holder of Common Units by dividing the aggregate Common Units of such holder by the aggregate Common Units of all holders of Common Units entitled to distributions at the time of such determination.
Distribution Percentage means, with respect to any Partner for any Investment, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Capital Contribution Value of such Partner, as the case may be, in connection with the acquisition by the Fund of such Investment (and all additional investment therein) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Capital Contribution Values of all the Partners in connection with the acquisition by the Fund of such Investment (and all additional investment therein).
Distribution Percentage means, with respect to any Allowed Claim in Class 3, at any time, a total of forty-five percent (45%) of each Allowed General Unsecured Claim, subject to pro rata reduction based upon allowance of any Class 4 Claims in accordance with Section 3.4.2.

Distribution Percentage. As to the Senior Certificates in a Certificate Group: 100% minus the product of (i) the Applicable Multiplier and (ii) the sum of the applicable Original Credit Support Percentage and the applicable Required OC Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date. As to any Class of Subordinate Certificates in a Certificate Group, 100% minus the product of (i) the Applicable Multiplier and (ii) the sum of the applicable Original Credit Support Percentage and the applicable Required OC Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date.
Distribution Percentage. For either Loan Group and Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Remittance Amount for that Loan Group and Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Principal Remittance Amount for both Loan Groups for that Distribution Date.
