Geisinger Health System Premises means all Geisinger Health System owned or leased real estate, including but not limited to the Geisinger Medical Center, Geisinger Clinic sites, Geisinger Health System Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Geisinger Holy Spirit, eisinger Bloomsburg Hospital, Geisinger Lewistown Hospital, Geisinger Community MedicalCenter, Marworth, International Shared Services, Inc. corporate and business offices, and all Geisinger Health System owned or leased vehicles.

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them);

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Utility Services means physical plant including but not limited to pipes, valves, conduits, cables, terminals, transformers, etc. owned and operated by communications, television, hydro, gas and oil companies or any other utility companies.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Non-Public Works and Improvements means all competitively solicited procurement of Supplies and/or Services by the City not solicited as Public Works.
