GEF Trust Fund Grant Agreement means the Global Environment Facility Trust Fund Grant Agreement, dated the date hereof, between the Borrower and the Bank, acting as an implementing agency of the Global Environment Facility, with respect to the Project. “GEF Trust Fund Grant Agreement” includes all appendices, schedules and agreements supplemental to the GEF Trust Fund Grant Agreement.
