GBP Principal Collection Account definition

GBP Principal Collection Account means the account designated as the "GBP Principal Collection Account" established by the Securities Intermediary and set forth in the Transaction Schedule for the deposit of Principal Proceeds denominated in GBP and any successor accounts established in connection with the resignation or removal of the Securities Intermediary.

GBP Principal Collection Account has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.01(a). "Governmental Authority" means the government of the United States of America or any other nation, or of any political subdivision thereof, whether state or local, and any agency, authority, instrumentality, regulatory body, court, central bank or other entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative powers or functions of or pertaining to government (including any supra-national bodies such as the European Union or the European Central Bank).
