Gas Specification definition

Gas Specification means the New Zealand Standard for Reticulated Natural Gas NZS 5442:1999 as amended or replaced from time to time.

Examples of Gas Specification in a sentence

  • Subject to any requirements under law, Service Provider’s right to vary the Gas Specification is subject to the recognition and preservation of existing contractual rights and obligations, unless that change to the Gas Specification is necessary to ensure the safety or integrity of the Pipeline, or is required in accordance with Good Engineering and Operating Practice.

  • The Gas delivered by or on behalf of the User at the Receipt Point must be in accordance with the quality required by the Gas Specification or any other quality as the law in the relevant jurisdiction requires.
