Delivered Gas definition

Delivered Gas means, for any period, the quantity of Gas that the Seller (or the Transporter on its behalf) has delivered to the Buyer at the Delivery Point during that period.
Delivered Gas means the Gas delivered to the Customer under this agreement in each Contract Term.
Delivered Gas means Gas received by Gatherer from Producer at each Point of Receipt less a quantity of Gas equal to the Allocated Gas Charge.

More Definitions of Delivered Gas

Delivered Gas means the volumes of Gas (in Mcf) transported each Month in APC's System. Delivered Gas for a Month shall be equal to 99% of the difference between the volume of Gas delivered by ENSTAR during such Month as measured at the Receipt Points, less the volume of Gas actually consumed by APC during such Month as metered at the applicable meters where such Gas is consumed.
Delivered Gas means Gas which has been delivered by the Seller to the Delivery Point and accepted by the Buyer in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Delivered Energy means the kilowatt hours of Electricity actually fed and measured by the energy meters at the Delivery Point and as certified by SLDC/MSEDCL authorities.
