Further Class A Notes definition

Further Class A Notes has the meaning given to it in Condition 19(a) (Further and New Note Issues - Further Notes and New Notes);
Further Class A Notes means any additional Class A Notes which may be issued by the Compartment pursuant to the Compartment Regulations.
Further Class A Notes means any Notes in bearer form carrying the same terms and conditions as, and to be consolidated with and forming a single series ranking pari passu with, the Class A Notes.

More Definitions of Further Class A Notes

Further Class A Notes means any further Class A Notes due on the Payment Date falling in December 2032, issued by the Issuer, such Notes to be pari passu with the Initial Class A Notes and any further Class A Notes previously issued. For the avoidance of doubt, any Further Class A Notes shall, on the relevant Further Notes Issue Date, have a Note Principal Amount equal to the Original Note Amount times the applicable Pool Factor;
Further Class A Notes means further Class A Notes issued by the Issuer on any Ramp-Up Date. "Further Class B Notes" means further Class B Notes issued by the Issuer on any Ramp-Up Date. "Further Issue Date" means each Ramp-Up Date.
