Class A Note definition
Class A Note means a Class A-1 Note, a Class A-2 Note, a Class A-3 Note or a Class A-4 Note.
Class A Note means any one of the Series 2023-3 5.44% Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class A, executed by ABRCF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1, Exhibit A-2 or Exhibit A-3. Definitive Class A Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.
Class A Note means any one of the Notes substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1, which is duly executed and authenticated in accordance with the Indenture.

For purposes of this Section 8.05(g), “LIBOR” means the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) appearing on Telerate Page 3750 (or any successor page) as the London interbank offered rate for deposits in Dollars at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) two Business Days prior to the date the Class A Note is issued for a term of 30 days.
The Class A Note shall be payable within 30 calendar days and will bear interest at a rate per annum equal to LIBOR plus 90 basis points.

Class A Note means any one of the Series 2024-2 5.13% Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class A, executed by ABRCF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1, Exhibit A-2 or Exhibit A-3. Definitive Class A Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.
Class A Note means a Note specified in the applicable terms document as belonging to Class A.
