The Borrower shall not suffer or permit, as at the end of any Fiscal Quarter, the ratio of: (i) Consolidated Current Assets at such date to (ii) Consolidated Current Liabilities at such date PLUS, without duplication, Funded Senior Debt at such date to be less than 1.15 to 1.00 as at the end of any Fiscal Quarter of any Fiscal Year.
Moro Acquisition will maintain a Maximum Funded Senior Debt to Tangible Capital Funds Ratio of 4.25x on the date hereof, 2.75x as of December 31, 2000, and 2.50x as of December 31, 2001 and thereafter.

At all times during the term of the Loans, Borrower will maintain a Maximum Funded Senior Debt to Tangible Capital Funds Ratio of 3.00 to 1.00.
