Funded Senior Debt definition

Funded Senior Debt means all indebtedness for borrowed money evidenced by a written document and subject to required payments of interest and/or principal exclusive of Subordinated Debt.
Funded Senior Debt means, as of any date, Total Debt as of such date, excluding (to the extent included therein) Indebtedness in respect of the Existing Senior Subordinated Notes, the Additional Senior Subordinated Notes and any Replacement Senior Subordinated Notes.
Funded Senior Debt means, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter, Funded Debt at such date, excluding the Indebtedness represented by the Subordinated Notes.

  • The Borrower shall not suffer or permit, as at the end of any Fiscal Quarter, the ratio of: (i) Consolidated Current Assets at such date to (ii) Consolidated Current Liabilities at such date PLUS, without duplication, Funded Senior Debt at such date to be less than 1.15 to 1.00 as at the end of any Fiscal Quarter of any Fiscal Year.

Funded Senior Debt of a Person shall mean all Funded Debt of such Person other than (a) Subordinated Debt, (b) Trust Preferred Related Subordinated Debt, and (c) Indebtedness in respect of the IBM Inventory Finance Facility, the DFS Inventory Finance Facility, the Xxxxxx Receivables Purchase Facility and the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Receivables Purchase Facility.
Funded Senior Debt means, at any time, the Funded Debt at such time less, to the extent included therein, the amount of any Indebtedness that is subordinated to the Obligations pursuant to subordination provisions no less favorable to the Lenders than those contained in the New Subordinated Note Indenture.

Funded Senior Debt means (without duplication), with respect to the Borrower and Affiliates on a consolidated basis, the sum of the following senior debt: (a) all liabilities, obligations, and indebtedness which in accordance with GAAP should be classified upon their balance sheet as senior liabilities in respect of (i) money borrowed, including, without limitation, the debt incurred pursuant to this Credit Agreement and (ii) obligations under Capital Leases; (b) senior obligations under reimbursement agreements for advances made by an issuer of a letter of credit but only if such obligation is payable over more than, or outstanding longer than, thirty (30) days from the date such obligation arises; (c) senior obligations with respect to Financial Xxxxxx, but only following the occurrence of a default under the applicable Financial Hedge or an Event of Default hereunder; and (d) senior obligations with respect to Debt for which a Company is responsible or liable solely as a guarantor, but only from and after the date demand for payment is made under the applicable guaranty. Funded Senior Debt shall not include those debentures listed in Section 6.A.14 herein.
Funded Senior Debt means, with respect to the Guarantor for any period, the Guarantor’s Consolidated Funded Debt (excluding for the purposes of this definition the outstanding principal amount of the Senior Secured Notes and the debt secured by the Bold Endurance), as reported in the financial statements most recently delivered to the Agent.
Funded Senior Debt means, as of any date, Total Debt as of such date.
