Funded Debt to Cash Flow Ratio definition

Funded Debt to Cash Flow Ratio means, as of the end of each fiscal quarter of Compressco and its Consolidated Subsidiaries (including Field Services), the ratio of (1) the amount of Funded Debt of Compressco and its Consolidated Subsidiaries at the end of such fiscal quarter, to (2) the amount of Cash Flow of Compressco and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for the immediately preceding twelve-month period ending as of the end of the such fiscal quarter.
