Fund Constitution means the constitution of the Parks and Wild Life Conservation Fund, adopted by the Borrower’s Ministry of Finance, pursuant to Section 30 of the Audit and Exchequer Act (Chapter 168), as amended pursuant to Section 6.01 (c) of this Agreement;

  • Completion of Construction means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that the work of building and erection of the Project is substantially complete.
