Fully Allocated Costs means Corium’s fully allocated cost to manufacture the Product sold in the Territory, including, but not limited to [*]. This cost will be computed by Corium in a manner that is consistent with the then current methods and practices used by Corium to determine the cost of other products manufactured by Corium at its facilities; provided, however, that in any case such methods must be in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
