Examples of FUJIFILM Products in a sentence

  • The rebate will be issued as a credit toward current or new invoices for purchases of FUJIFILM Products.

  • During the warranty period, FUJIFILM will, at its option, repair, replace or credit the purchase price of FUJIFILM Products which prove to be defective in materials or workmanship.

  • In the event that none of the abovementioned techniques can be used to determine the fair value, the investments are recorded at acquisition cost net of any applicable impairment losses.

  • For the purpose of securing payment of amounts due FUJIFILM from the Customer hereunder, Customer hereby grants to FUJIFILM: (i) a continuing first purchase money security interest in the FUJIFILM Products to be shipped hereunder, and all accessions thereto and substitutions therefor; and (ii) a continuing purchase money security interest in all of the proceeds of the foregoing.

  • Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.
