Franchisor Member definition

Franchisor Member means any Member who is registered as a Franchisor Member of FASA from time to time in terms of the MOI;
Franchisor Member means a member specified in the Members' Register as a Franchisor Member;
Franchisor Member means any Member who is registered as a Franchisor Member by FASA from time to time;

Examples of Franchisor Member in a sentence

  • Where a new franchise agreement is granted to the transferee or assignee of a franchise the Franchisor Member must either supply to the prospective Franchisee copies of both Codes or ensure that they are available in the same way.

  • Investor Member means a member that has made a contribution to a limited cooperative association and:

  • Junior Member means a registered Member of the Club who is younger than 18 years of age.

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);

  • Designated member means the spouse, child, grandchild, parent, brother, or sister of a deceased individual who owned an interest in a wholesaler, who is entitled to inherit the deceased individual's ownership interest in the wholesaler under the terms of the deceased individual's will, or who has otherwise been designated in writing by the deceased individual to succeed the deceased individual in the wholesaler's business, or is entitled to inherit such ownership interest under the laws of intestate succession of this state. With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • Covered service member means a member of the Armed Forces, including a member of the National Guard or Reserves, who is undergoing medical treatment, recuperation, or therapy, is otherwise in outpatient status, or is otherwise on the temporary disability retired list, for a serious injury or illness.

  • Unit owner means the declarant or other person who owns a unit, or a lessee of a unit in a leasehold common interest community whose lease expires simultaneously with any lease, the expiration or termination of which will remove the unit from the common interest community but does not include a person having an interest in a unit solely as security for an obligation. In a condominium or planned community, the declarant is the owner of any unit created by the declaration until that unit is conveyed to another person, in a cooperative, the declarant is treated as the owner of any unit to which allocated interests have been allocated pursuant to section 38-33.3-207 until that unit has been conveyed to another person, who may or may not be a declarant under this article.
