Former Real Property definition

Former Real Property means any real property in which the Company heretofore held but no longer holds a fee, leasehold or other legal, beneficial or equitable interest.
Former Real Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).
Former Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.22.

More Definitions of Former Real Property

Former Real Property means each parcel of real property owned by any third Person which the Company leased, held, used or operated at any time in the past.
