Response Schedules definition

Response Schedules means the schedules in Section E – Response Schedules which are to be lodged in accordance with the Tender Documents, including the Form of Tender
Response Schedules means the fields in Section D – Response Schedules which are to be lodged in accordance with the Tender Documents;
Response Schedules means the documents contained in Part D of this RFT/RFQ and includes any other documents to be lodged as set out in Item 11 of the Annexure.

  • Tenderers should provide all relevant factors addressing the selection criteria specified in the Response Schedules, which may assist the Principal in making an assessment of the Tender.

  • The Principal is collecting the information on the Response Schedules to determine eligibility to contract with the Principal.

  • Personal information provided in the Response Schedules can be accessed by the Tenderer on request.

  • The estimated quantities required are shown in the Schedule of Rates in the Response Schedules.

Related to Response Schedules

  • Response Notice is defined in Section 14.3(b)(ii).

  • Response Deadline means 60 days after the Administrator mails Notice to Class Members and Aggrieved Employees, and shall be the last date on which Class Members may: (a) fax, email, or mail Requests for Exclusion from the Settlement, or (b) fax, email, or mail his or her Objection to the Settlement. Class Members to whom Notice Packets are resent after having been returned undeliverable to the Administrator shall have an additional 14 calendar days beyond the Response Deadline has expired.

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Response Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(a).

  • Due Diligence Materials means the information to be provided by Seller to Purchaser pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.1 hereof.

  • Notice of Dissatisfaction means the notice given by either Party to the other indicating its dissatisfaction and intention to commence arbitration.

  • Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).

  • Response Time means the difference in time between the change of the component to be measured at the reference point and a system response of 90 per cent of the final reading (t90) with the sampling probe being defined as the reference point, whereby the change of the measured component is at least 60 per cent full scale (FS) and takes place in less than 0.1 second. The system response time consists of the delay time to the system and of the rise time of the system.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Due Diligence Request means the due diligence request letter from Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx LLP, counsel to the Purchasers, dated July 25, 2018.

  • Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.

  • Response Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.

  • Repurchase Response Notice means a notice delivered by the Indenture Trustee at the direction of the Administrator to a Noteholder or Note Owner indicating that a Repurchase Request is unresolved.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Local Service Request (LSR means the form used to input orders to the Local Service Center (LSC) by CLEC, including, but not limited to orders to add, establish, change or disconnect services.

  • Closing Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA. Company: Has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Trust Supplement.

  • Seller’s Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5(a).
