Florida Home Ownership Assistance Program definition

Florida Home Ownership Assistance Program or “HAP” means the Florida Home Ownership Assistance Program created under Section 420.5088, F.S., which includes the Construction Loan Program, the Permanent Loan Program and the Down Payment Assistance Loan Program.
