Fixed Request Amount definition

Fixed Request Amount means the actual amount of proceeds received by the Company pursuant to a Fixed Request under this Agreement.
Fixed Request Amount means the actual amount of proceeds to be received by the Company pursuant to a Fixed Request under this Agreement, prior to the deduction of the 1% fee contemplated by Section 2.7 hereof.
Fixed Request Amount means the actual amount of proceeds received by the Company pursuant to a Fixed Request under this Agreement. “Fixed Request Exercise Date” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.2 hereof.

  • On the Settlement Date with respect to a Pricing Period, the Investor’s Total Commitment under this Agreement automatically (and without the need for any amendment to this Agreement) shall be reduced, on a dollar-for-dollar basis, by the total amount of the Fixed Request Amount and the Optional Amount Dollar Amount, if any, for such Pricing Period paid to the Company at such Settlement Date.

  • On the last Trading Day of each Pricing Period, the Investor’s Total Commitment under this Agreement automatically (and without the need for any amendment to this Agreement) shall be reduced, on a dollar-for-dollar basis, by the total amount of the Fixed Request Amount and the Optional Amount Dollar Amount proceeds paid to the Company, if any, for such Pricing Period.

Related to Fixed Request Amount

  • Advance Interest Amount means interest payable on Advances, as specified in the Servicing Agreement or Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, as applicable.

  • New Funds Amount means the amount equal to the product of a Lender’s increased Commitment or a CI Lender’s Commitment (as applicable) represented as a percentage of the aggregate Commitments after giving effect to any Commitment Increase, times the aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Loans immediately prior to giving effect to such Commitment Increase, if any, as of any Commitment Increase Effective Date (without regard to any increase in the aggregate principal amount of Loans as a result of borrowings made after giving effect to such Commitment Increase on such Commitment Increase Effective Date); (ii) “Reducing Percentage Lender” means each then existing Lender immediately prior to giving effect to any Commitment Increase that does not increase its respective Commitment as a result of such Commitment Increase and whose relative percentage of the Commitments shall be reduced after giving effect to such Commitment Increase; and (iii) “Reduction Amount” means the amount by which a Reducing Percentage Lender’s outstanding Loans decrease as of any Commitment Increase Effective Date (without regard to the effect of any borrowings made on such Commitment Increase Effective Date after giving effect to the Commitment Increase occurring on such Commitment Increase Effective Date).

  • Daily Interest Amount means an amount calculated by multiplying the Daily Loan Balance of a Loan by the associated Daily Interest Rate on that Loan.

  • Interest Amount means, in relation to a Note and an Interest Period, the amount of interest payable in respect of that Note for that Interest Period;

  • Credit Event Amount With respect to each Payment Date, the aggregate amount of the Credit Event UPBs of all Credit Event Reference Obligations for the related Reporting Period.

  • Reduction Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b)(viii).

  • Auction Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Designation Amount has the meaning given to this term in Section 4.15.

  • Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii) the Excess Subordinated Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date.

  • PIK Interest Amount means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, the amount of interest accrued during an Interest Period calculated based on the PIK Interest Rate applicable during such Interest Period.

  • Deficit Amount has the meaning specified in Section 3.4(d).

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the related Principal Remittance Amount for such date minus the related Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such date.

  • FX Reduction Amount is defined in Section 2.1.3.

  • Extra Principal Distribution Amount As of any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the related Total Monthly Excess Spread for such Distribution Date and (y) the related Subordination Deficiency for such Distribution Date.

  • Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Class A Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Class A Invested Amount less the Principal Funding Account Balance (but not in excess of the Class A Invested Amount) on such date.

  • L/C Amount means the sum of (i) the aggregate face amount of any issued and outstanding Letters of Credit and (ii) the unpaid amount of the Obligation of Reimbursement.

  • SOFR Interest Determination Date means the day that is the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the Interest Payment Date in respect of the relevant Interest Period, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement.In addition to the Interest Periods and the Interest Payment Dates, the applicable Pricing Supplement shall specify and describe, as applicable, any relevant interest commencement date, interest period end date, interest determination date, index maturity, rate cut-off date, any other terms relating to the particular method of calculating interest on the Average SOFR Note (including any applicable payment delay, lockout or suspension period, lookback or observation shift) and any other terms applicable specifically to such Average SOFR Note.Term SOFR NotesUnless otherwise provided for or modified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, Term SOFR Notes will bear interest at a rate per annum equal to Term SOFR (as defined below) (or Specified-Tenor Term SOFR (as defined below)), plus the Spread.

  • Required Payment Amount shall have, for any Distribution Date, the meaning specified for such Distribution Date in Section 4.6(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
