FIS Technology Center definition

FIS Technology Center means as of the Effective Date, FIS’s data center(s) located in Little Rock, Arkansas and/or such other or replacement locations as FIS may designate.

  • Specifically, FIS will provide, without incremental charge, an annual SAS 70 (Type II) audit of its operations at each FIS Technology Center, inclusive of network management from such locations, and at each FIS Service Location to which such processing, in whole or part, may be moved, prepared by a reputable, independent accounting firm.

  • As of Effective Date and for the Term of Agreement, FIS is not hosting in the FIS Technology Center any Client Provided Software or Client Provided Third Party Software.
