First General Resolution definition

First General Resolution. ’ shall mean the Water and Sewer System General Revenue Bond Resolution adopted by the Authority on November 14, 1985 as amended and supplemented in accordance therewith and as the same may be amended or supplemented in accordance therewith and the Resolution.
First General Resolution means the “City University System Consolidated Revenue Obligation Resolution” of the Authority, adopted July 15, 1986, as from time to time amended or supplemented;

  • Certified Resolution means a copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company, certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Company to have been duly adopted and to be in full force and effect on the date of such certification.

  • Extraordinary Resolution has the meaning set forth in Section 7.11(1);
