FINV means Frank’s International N.V., a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Netherlands. “Frank’s International C.V.” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.
FINV is defined in the Recitals of this Agreement.

Examples of FINV in a sentence

  • The payments under the TRA will not be conditioned upon a holder of rights under the TRA having a continued ownership interest in either FICV or FINV.
