Final Net Working Capital Deficit definition

Final Net Working Capital Deficit means the amount of the excess of the Net Working Capital Target over Final Net Working Capital, if any.
Final Net Working Capital Deficit means the dollar amount, if any, by which the Final Closing Net Working Capital Amount is less than negative $610,000.
Final Net Working Capital Deficit means the amount by which the Estimated Net Working Capital is greater than the Revised Net Working Capital (as finally determined pursuant to Section 3.5.2).
