Final Medical Report definition
Final Medical Report means a Structured Medical Report (defined in this Section 1 below) as converted into a text document based on Microsoft® Word 2000 or Microsoft® Word 2003, RTF (rich text format), PDF (portable document format), or any other file format expressly agreed upon by the Parties in writing. Examples of Final Medical Report in a sentence
Licensee shall provide to Licensor with (i) Annual Progress Report (combined with the 4th Quarterly Progress Report for each Calendar Year) within sixty (60) days after the end of each Calendar Year; and (ii) Phase I Clinical Trial Final Medical Report within 120 days following the completion of the Phase I Clinical Trial.
The Quarterly Development Report, the Annual Progress Report, and the Phase I Clinical Trial Final Medical Report shall be collectively referred to as the “Report”.
