Examples of Fee Share Award in a sentence

  • Any such election shall be made (i) as to which the Date of Issuance is in the same calendar year in which the Plan becomes effective, within thirty days of the date this Plan is adopted and (ii) with respect to any other Fee Share Award or Elective Share Award, by December 31 of the calendar year prior to the year in which the Date of Issuance would otherwise occur.

  • The number of Shares to be issued as a Fee Share Award as of each Date of Issuance shall equal the greatest number of whole Shares derived from the quotient of (i) the dollar amount of the Cash Fees the Committee has determined to pay in Shares and (ii) the Fair Market Value on the Date of Issuance.

  • In no event shall any Shares acquired pursuant to any Fee Share Award be sold by a Participant prior to the second anniversary of the Plan Effective Date.

  • Restricted Share Award means an award of Ordinary Shares which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(a).

  • Restricted Share Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon the passage of time or the attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.

  • Performance Unit Award means an award of Performance Units under this Plan.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(b).

  • Deferred Share Unit or “DSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 7;

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • Stock Unit means a bookkeeping entry representing the equivalent of one Common Share, as awarded under the Plan.

  • Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 7(c).

  • Share Units means the hypothetical Shares that are credited to the Share Unit Accounts in accordance with Section 5.3.

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Performance Share means an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine pursuant to Section 10.

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.

  • Restricted Stock Units means an Award of stock units subject to such restrictions and conditions as the Administrator may determine at the time of grant.

  • Bonus Stock Award means an award of Bonus Stock under this Plan.

  • Stock Bonus Award means an award of shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 7(b).

  • Other Stock Unit Award means any right granted to a Participant by the Committee pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

  • Bonus Award means a bonus award made pursuant to Section 9.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
