FCC Transfer Application definition

FCC Transfer Application means the written application to be filed with the FCC requiring its written consent to the assignment or the transfer of control of each of the FCC Licenses to Purchaser or any of its Subsidiaries, as the case may be, or each of their permitted assignees or designees.
FCC Transfer Application has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(e).
FCC Transfer Application is defined in 5.2(d).
