Facility B Availability Period definition

Facility B Availability Period means the period from and including the date of this Agreement to and including (a) the date which is 15 Months after the date of this Agreement, and (b) if the Borrower exercises its extension rights pursuant to Clause 2.2 (Extension of Facility B Availability Period), to and including the date (if any) as notified by the Borrower and approved by all Lenders .

Facility B Availability Period means the period commencing on the date on which all the conditions precedent set out in clause 3.1 and Part 1 of Schedule 3 are satisfied and ending on the earliest to occur of:

Facility B Availability Period means the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending on 31 December 2005;

Examples of Facility B Availability Period in a sentence

• Each Facility B Repayment Instalment (other than the last) shall be in an Original Euro Amount equal as nearly as possible (rounded upwards if necessary) to the percentage, set out in column (2) below opposite the relevant Facility B Repayment Date, of the total outstanding amount of Facility B Advances on the last day of the Facility B Availability Period.

• No amounts prepaid in respect of Facility B may be reborrowed, other than Facility B Outstandings prepaid prior to the end of the Facility B Availability Period pursuant to clause 6.5. During the Facility B Availability Period, the Facility B Total Commitments shall be automatically reduced by the amount of any other prepayment made under clause 6 and the Facility B Commitment of each Facility B Lender shall be reduced pro rata.

• No amounts prepaid in respect of Facility B may be reborrowed, other than Facility B Outstandings prepaid prior to the end of the Facility B Availability Period pursuant to clause 7.5. During the Facility B Availability Period, the Total Facility B Commitments shall be automatically reduced by the amount of any other prepayment made under clause 7 and the Facility B Commitment of each Facility B Lender shall be reduced pro rata.

• Each Facility B Repayment Instalment (other than the last) shall be in an Original Euro Amount equal as nearly as possible (rounded upwards if necessary) to the percentage, set out in column 2 below opposite the relevant Facility B Repayment Date , of the total outstanding amount of Facility B Advances on the last day of the Facility B Availability Period.

• So long as any Letter of Credit is outstanding and has not expired, this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect with respect to such Letter of Credit, provided, however, that no Tranche A Letter of Credit shall be renewed, nor shall any Tranche A Letter of Credit be issued, on or after the Facility A Availability Period and no Tranche B Letter of Credit shall be issued on or after the Facility B Availability Period.

More Definitions of Facility B Availability Period

Facility B Availability Period means the period from and including the date of the Amendment and Restatement Agreement to and including 5.00 p.m. on the Effective Date.

Facility B Availability Period means the period from and including the Facility B Activation Date to but excluding the earlier of the Facility B Commitment Termination Date and the date of termination of the Facility B Commitments.

Facility B Availability Period has the meaning set forth in Section 1 of the Schedule.

Facility B Availability Period means, as applicable the First Facility B Availability Period or the Second Facility B Availability Period.

Facility B Availability Period means December 31, 2005 up to and including December 31, 2009.

Facility B Availability Period means the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending on 31 March 2007;

Facility B Availability Period means the period from and including the date of this Agreement to and including 31 March 2002.
