  • I/We authorise Ezidebit to vary the amount of the payments upon receiving instructions from the Business of the agreed variations.

  • Furthermore, I/we agree to reimburse and indemnify Ezidebit for any successful claims made by the Card Holder through their financial institution against Ezidebit.

  • I/We authorise Ezidebit to vary the amount of the payments from time to time upon receiving instructions from the Business of a variation provided for within my/our agreement with the Business or as may be agreed by me/us and the Business.
