Extra Duty Salary definition

Extra Duty Salary shall refer to a special class of payments received by teachers in payment for the assigned and accepted services set forth on Attachment D of this agreement.

Examples of Extra Duty Salary in a sentence

  • A description of responsibilities and duties will be provided each person whose position is listed on the Extra Duty Salary Schedule.

  • All assignments in the Extra Duty Salary schedules are for a single year with subsequent reassignments made on the basis of agreement between the Board and the teacher.

  • Participation shall be on a voluntary basis at the hourly rate on the Extra Duty Salary Schedule.

  • A KPI is not based on a single arbitrary observation but it aggregates a large number of observations about the same entities (or activities) to be statistically meaningful.

  • The Extra Duty Salary Schedule listing stipends for extra assignments such as athletic coaching is by this reference incorporated into this Agreement (See Addendum B).

  • Stipends on the Certificated Extra Duty Salary Schedule for extra duty will be paid as a part of the regular contract in equal payments.

  • Mentor teachers shall be issued a limited supplemental contract and be compensated in accordance with the provisions of the Extra Duty Salary Schedule.

  • Compensation for days worked during contractual year as follows: Xxxxx employed at the secondary level – Category 3 on Extra Duty Salary Schedule Xxxxx employed at the elementary level – Category 8 on Extra Duty Salary Schedule RIF & Reassignment For purposes of a reduction in force, a TOSA and Xxxx of Students will maintain the most-recent final summative evaluation rating that they received as a classroom teacher prior to their assignment to serve as a TOSA/Xxxx of Students.

  • This information may be considered when determining placement on the Extra Duty Salary Scale.

  • Compensation for days worked during contractual year as follows: Deans employed at the secondary level – Category 3 on Extra Duty Salary Schedule Deans employed at the elementary level – Category 8 on Extra Duty Salary Schedule RIF & Reassignment For purposes of a reduction in force, a TOSA and Xxxx of Students will maintain the most-recent final summative evaluation rating that they received as a classroom teacher prior to their assignment to serve as a TOSA/Xxxx of Students.

Related to Extra Duty Salary

  • Accrued Base Salary means the amount of Executive's Base Salary which is accrued but not yet paid as of the Date of Termination.

  • Leave Salary means the monthly amount paid by the University to an employee who is on leave.

  • Monthly salary means the portion of a member’s annual compensation which is paid to him or her per month.

  • Accrued Compensation means an amount which shall include all amounts earned or accrued through the "Termination Date" (as hereinafter defined) but not paid as of the Termination Date, including (i) base salary, (ii) reimbursement for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the Executive on behalf of the Company during the period ending on the Termination Date, (iii) vacation pay and (iv) bonuses and incentive compensation (other than the "Pro Rata Bonus" (as hereinafter defined)).

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one day prior to the Change in Control, and (ii) the Average Incentive Bonus.

  • Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

  • Severance Pay means any amount that is payable in cash and is identified by a Participating Company as severance pay, or any amount which is payable on account of periods beginning after the last date on which an employee (or former employee) is required to report for work for a Participating Company.

  • Salary as defined in Section 3.1(a).

  • Basic Salary shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5 of this Agreement.

  • Normal salary means the salary that would be paid to a participating employee if that person was not participating in a Plan and includes salary expressed as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate. It includes all allowances that are paid as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate but not overtime payments and shift work penalty rates unless they are paid as a component of an annualised rate.

  • Annual Salary means the salary given under this Part.

  • Severance Payment means any amount paid by a board to or in behalf of a superintendent on early termination of the superinten- dent’s contract that exceeds the amount earned by the superinten- dent under the contract as of the date of termination, including any amount that exceeds the amount of earned standard salary and benefits that is paid as a condition of early termination of the con- tract. Payments to a former superintendent who remains employed by a district in another capacity or contracts with a district to pro- vide the district services may be severance payments in whole or in part if the payments are compensation for the early termination of a prior employment agreement. Severance payments include any payment for actual or threatened litigation involving or related to the employment contract. Education Code 11.201(c); 19 TAC 105.1021(a)(1)

  • Severance Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 hereof.

  • Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.

  • Accrued Professional Compensation means, at any given moment, all accrued, contingent and/or unpaid fees and expenses (including, without limitation, success fees) for legal, financial advisory, accounting and other services and reimbursement of expenses that are awardable and allowable under section 328, 330(a) or 331 of the Bankruptcy Code and were rendered before the Effective Date by any Retained Professional in the Chapter 11 Cases, or that are awardable and allowable under section 503 of the Bankruptcy Code, that have not been denied by a Final Order, all to the extent that any such fees and expenses have not been previously paid (regardless of whether a fee application has been filed for any such amount). To the extent that the Bankruptcy Court or any higher court denies or reduces by a Final Order any amount of a Retained Professional’s fees or expenses, then those reduced or denied amounts shall no longer constitute Accrued Professional Compensation.

  • Severance Compensation means the compensation set forth in (i), (ii), and (iv) above.

  • Final Salary means the average annual salary for service for which

  • Accrued Bonus means the bonus, which may be negative or positive, which is calculated in the manner set forth in Section V.A.

  • Annual Compensation means an amount equal to the greater of:

  • Separation Benefits has the meaning accorded such term in Section 3.04.

  • Earned Compensation means any Annual Base Salary earned, but unpaid, for services rendered to the Company on or prior to the date on which the Employment Period ends pursuant to Section 3(a) (but excluding any salary and interest accrued thereon payment of which has been deferred).

  • Weeks pay means the rate of pay for the employee concerned at the date of termination, and shall include in addition to the ordinary pay any over- agreement payments and the following, if applicable:

  • Annual Cash Compensation means the sum of (a) the highest annual Base Salary in effect for the Executive and (b) the greater of (i) the Executive’s bonus for the most recently-completed year (excluding any special bonuses awarded for performance after the conclusion of the performance period), if any, or (ii) the annualized amount of the Executive’s target bonus for the then current year.

  • Annual Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

  • Share Compensation Arrangement means any stock option, stock option plan, employee stock purchase plan or any other compensation or incentive mechanism involving the issuance or potential issuance of Shares, including a share purchase from treasury which is financially assisted by the Corporation by way of a loan, guarantee or otherwise;
