Related to Exit Management Date
Exit Management means the obligations and rights of the Parties to ensure a smooth transition of the Framework from the Contractor to the Authority or any Replacement Contractor as set out in Clause 44 (Exit Management) and Schedule 8 (Exit Management).
Base Management Fee means an amount payable to Manager as a Deduction from Gross Revenues for all services provided by Manager pursuant to this Agreement, except as otherwise expressly provided herein. The Base Management Fee shall be the percentage of Gross Revenues shown on Schedule 1 for each Fiscal Year during the Term.
Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.
Case management means a coordinated set of activities conducted for individual patient management of serious, complicated, protracted or other health conditions.
Adaptive management means reliance on scientific methods to test the results of actions taken so that the management and related policy can be changed promptly and appropriately.
