Refinancing Revolving Credit Commitments definition

Refinancing Revolving Credit Commitments means one or more Classes of Revolving Credit Commitments hereunder that result from a Refinancing Amendment.

Refinancing Revolving Credit Commitments shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(b)(i).

• Any Refinancing Term Loans made pursuant to New Refinancing Term Commitments or any New Refinancing Revolving Credit Commitments made on a Refinancing Facility Closing Date shall be designated a separate Class of Refinancing Term Loans or Refinancing Revolving Credit Commitments, as applicable, for all purposes of this Agreement.

• RULE 1APPLICATION OF TARIFF This tariff is applicable only on intrastate traffic, i.e. traffic having origin and destination within the State of North Carolina, as authorized under certificates of exemption issued by the North Carolina Utilities Commission.
