Existing Investment Contracts definition

Existing Investment Contracts means shall mean each annuity contract heretofore entered into by the Sponsor, any other Employer or any predecessor trustee and specifically identified on Schedule "G" attached hereto.
Existing Investment Contracts means each investment contract entered into before the Effective Date by a Sponsor (or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) or any Plan trustee and specified on an Attachment to Schedule B (DC Terms).
Existing Investment Contracts means each annuity contract heretofore entered into by the Sponsor, any other employer or any predecessor trustee.

Examples of Existing Investment Contracts in a sentence

  • The Named Fiduciary hereby directs the Trustee to continue to hold such Existing Investment Contracts until the Named Fiduciary directs otherwise, it being expressly understood that such direction is given in accordance with Section 403(a) of ERISA.

  • The MIP II Blend Fund shall consist of the ----------------- Existing Investment Contracts maintained by the Trustee and blended with the Managed Income Portfolio II.

  • The Trustee shall be considered a fiduciary with investment discretion only with respect to Plan assets (including the proceeds from any Existing Investment Contracts) that are invested in Investment Contracts chosen by the Trustee or in collective investment funds maintained by the Trustee for qualified plans.

  • The Named Fiduciary may determine to offer as investment options only: (i) Mutual Funds, (ii) Sponsor Stock, (iii) notes evidencing loans to Participants in accordance with the terms of the Plan, (iv) investment contracts maintained by a qualified plan which is merged into the Plan ("Existing Investment Contracts"), (v) Collective Investment Funds maintained by the Trustee for qualified plans and (vi) frozen life insurance contract accounts.

  • The MIP II Blend Fund shall consist of the Existing Investment Contracts maintained by the Trustee and blended with the Managed Income Portfolio II.

Related to Existing Investment Contracts

  • Investment Agreements or “Flow-Through Agreements” means written agreements pursuant to which the Partnership will subscribe for Flow-Through Shares (including Flow-Through Shares issued as part of a unit) or agreements by the Partnership to otherwise invest in or purchase securities of a Resource Issuer, and in respect of Flow-Through Shares comprised of units, the Resource Issuer will covenant and agree:

  • Initial Contracts means those Contracts conveyed to the Trust on the Closing Date.

  • IT Contracts means any agreements, licences or other contractual arrangements with third parties relating to the IT Systems or IT Services, including licences of all software, leases of hardware and other procurement of IT Systems or IT Services;

  • Existing Contracts means the existing licenses and contracts given by the Railway Administration / Authority, in relation to commercial establishments, as existing on Station Development Land, as on the date of the Agreement, and as further set out in the Schedules, which shall, for avoidance of doubt, exclude any licenses and/ or contracts in relation to any Excluded Activities and/or Railway Operational Activities;

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Affiliate Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(b).

  • Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).

  • New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.

  • Acquisition Agreements means the Nexstar Acquisition Agreement and the Mission Acquisition Agreement, and “Acquisition Agreement” means the applicable agreement in the context used.

  • Applicable Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(a).

  • Material Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(a).

  • Seller Agreements means the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Purchase Agreement, the Trust Agreement, [the Insurance Agreement, the Indemnification Agreement] and this Agreement. The Notes are being purchased by the Underwriters named in Schedule 1 hereto, and the Underwriters are purchasing, severally, only the Notes set forth opposite their names in Schedule 1, except that the amounts purchased by the Underwriters may change in accordance with Section 10 of this Agreement.   • Financial Contracts means any arrangement that:

  • Funding Agreements means all or any of the agreements or instruments to be entered into by a Project Service Provider or any of their Associates relating to the financing of its business of providing services pursuant to the terms of any Project Agreements, excluding always the Project Agreements themselves;

  • Reinvestment Agreements One or more reinvestment agreements, acceptable to the Rating Agencies, from a bank, insurance company or other corporation or entity (including the Trustee).

  • Specified Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(a).

  • Existing Indebtedness Agreements shall have the meaning provided in section 7.18.

  • Existing Agreements means the [*****].

  • Subsidiary Loan Agreements means the agreements to be entered into pursuant to Section 3.01 (b) of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules to the Subsidiary Loan Agreements;

  • Related Contracts is defined in clause (c) of Section 2.1.

  • Seller Contracts means all contracts, agreements and leases, other than those that are Governmental Permits, to which Seller is a party and pertain to the ownership, operation or maintenance of the Assets or the Business, including those described on Schedule 1.8.

  • Acquired Contracts has the meaning given in Section 2.1(a).

  • Equipment Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.9.

  • Management Contract means the contract executed between the treasurer and a program manager.

  • Hotel Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(d).
