Existing Indebtedness Documents definition

Existing Indebtedness Documents means the Existing Credit Agreement, the notes and guarantees issued pursuant thereto, and the collateral documents executed and delivered in connection therewith.

Xxxxxx Securities plc, as arrangers, HSBC Bank plc, as agent, HSBC Corporate Trustee Company (UK) Limited, as security trustee, and the lenders party thereto, as may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
