Surviving Indebtedness definition

Surviving Indebtedness has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(s).
Surviving Indebtedness means Indebtedness of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries outstanding immediately after giving effect to the Refinancing.
Surviving Indebtedness means any Indebtedness of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries outstanding immediately before and after giving effect to the Transaction as specified on Schedule 7.03(b).

More Definitions of Surviving Indebtedness

Surviving Indebtedness means Indebtedness of each Loan Party and its Subsidiaries outstanding immediately before and after giving effect to the initial Credit Extension on the Effective Date.
