Existing Depot means an existing depot intended by the Secretary of State to be utilised in the implementation of a Redeployment Variation which is connected to the Network at the date at which the Secretary of State issues the Redeployment Variation Notice; Expert has the meaning given to it in the Dispute Resolution Agreement;
